This is a new piece that I have been working on. This piece called “Awaken” Its all about expanding your mind. Not necessary spiritually but just through Knowledge as we all Knowledge is a powerful tool! I Took a few close up shots, to try and get some of the detail in. It is very unfinished.
I am a bit stuck on it, as I am trying to find some inspiration in what to do with it next I have been experimenting with colour but I do like the strength of just black an white.
I will get there and finish it. This along with the rest of the new work will be put on my site available for purchase as affordable print’s.

So right now, I am currently in the process of having my website built, which is ridiculously exciting! As I have been planning it for yonks but have never got around to it. On there I will be selling My limited edition prints and some originals pieces that I haven even dared to put on my tumblr yet. Expect my tumblr to get a tad mental with designs and ideas.
Anyway watch this space as it will soon be filled with lots of lovely art! Keep your fingers crossed everything goes smoothly for me :) Thanks to everyone who is speading my artwork through re-blogging and other stuff! Spead the word and what it represents.

All done :D This illustration is called “The Soul praedationem”. Praedationem is latin for Predation/Predator. This image is definitely a metaphor, I always see octopus’s as a sort of lecherous soul sucking creature, Albeit fascinating. The eyes are considered to be the “window into the soul”. The octopus is metaphorical figure for all that is wrong with our government.
Its sucking the life out of the eyeball, squeezing its essence out (the black stuff dripping off the eye) portraying how the government and mass media is taking the life out of the very core of its society soul, filling it with poison. I cant fully describe it as I was in a strange thought process of what I wanted at the time… Also it makes more sense in my mind :s All I can say is try to be free of this Government, follow your dreams. The world needs more dreamers.
Anyway I’ll stop rambling. I really hope this gives you a good insight into what I was trying to portray though I will try and write a better explanation for you all lol.
